Producto del diálogo con Fundación Hora de Obrar la Federación Luterana Mundial destacó específicamente casos de violencia policial contra indígenas Qom en las regiones argentinas de Chaco y Fontana.
Durante la 44ª sesión del Consejo de Derechos Humanos la semana pasada en Ginebra la FLM manifestó su preocupación por el racismo generalizado, la violencia y la injusticia sistemática contra las personas afroamericanas en los Estados Unidos.
También llamó a la atención sobre la violencia contra los pueblos indígenas y los migrantes en todo el mundo, que enfrentan formas extremas de racismo, xenofobia y discriminación.
Además reseñó los casos de violencia sexual contra niñas y mujeres indígenas por parte de las fuerzas armadas en Colombia, y violaciones de derechos humanos contra migrantes y refugiados en el Mediterráneo, y en centros de detención.
